Check controller, power accessories and audio leads against the order before connecting the system. Keep the model and cable labels for any missing-part report.
Delivery amount
Hardware shipping is shown separately: the standard amount is $5.95 for a pre-discount goods value under $100. At $100 or above, no standard shipping amount is added.
If something is wrong
The desk at support@cuefader.shop handles hardware enquiries. Name both ends of the intended audio connection and the controller. For a received-item issue, identify the cable or unit and its order reference.
